30-day return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact PurrFlow before sending an item back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Eligibility

Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and included accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Exceptions

Gift cards, personalized products, final-sale items, and products that cannot be safely resold for hygiene reasons may not be returnable unless defective or required by applicable law.

Return shipping

Follow the return instructions provided by our support team. Do not send returns to a supplier or warehouse address without authorization.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed. Bank processing times vary.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted within 15 minutes of purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment begins.
