Shipping destinations

PurrFlow ships to the United States and supported international destinations available at checkout. A destination is available only when a shipping rate is configured.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared through our connected fulfillment network. Estimated delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout when available. Delivery times vary by product, destination, carrier, customs processing, and warehouse location.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created.

Split shipments

Items may arrive in separate packages when fulfilled from different locations. Separate tracking information may be provided.

Address accuracy

Please verify your address before ordering. Contact us within 15 minutes if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination charges unless checkout states otherwise.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact the carrier first and then contact PurrFlow with your order number.
